辽宁沿海经济带与东北腹地城市流空间联系及互动策略

THE SPATIAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COASTAL ECONOMIC BELT IN LIAONING PROVINCE AND IT'S HINTERLAND AND INTERACTION STRATEGY

东北振兴和辽宁沿海经济带开发作为国家战略的双轮驱动成为新时期东北发展的两大内生力量。作为计划经济长期影响的重工业基地,东北地区历史上形成了偏向内陆的经济布局,加上区域产业结构趋同等原因,使整个区域结构调整和一体化发展面临难题。以地级以上城市为基本单元,通过测算2002和2007年的东北地区城市流强度值,对城市流的动态变化进行空间分析,从中总结东北各城市空间联系的主要特点,特别是揭示辽宁沿海城市与内陆腹地城市间的空间联系现状,探讨沿海经济带与内陆腹地海陆互动发展的优势条件与制约因素,提出有针对性的海陆互动对策建议。

As the double driving forces of national strategy, the Northeast revitalization and development of coastal economic belt in liaoning province become the endogenous strength of Northeast development in the new period. For the heavy industry base in long term influenced by the planned economy, the Northeast area have formed the interior economic layout in history, adding the convergence of regional industrial structure and other reasons to make the regional structure adjustment and integrated development facing problem. Take the prefecture city as units, through measuring the strength value of Northeastern urban flows during 2002 to 2007 and carrying on spatial analyses to summarize the main features of spatial links among the Northeastern urban flows, reveal the advantageous conditions and limiting factors of the sea-land interaction development between the coastal economic zone and hinterland, as well as propose the pertinent sea-land interaction strategy and countermeasures
