摘要
城市土地利用系统是一个自然—社会—经济的复合系统,选取反映自然、经济、社会各方面的21项评价指标,构建了以非资源环境合理性指数(NREI)、经济可行性指数(EI)和非社会可接受性指数(NSI)为评价指数的城市土地可持续利用评价三角模型,对无锡市区2001—2009年土地持续利用状态及趋势进行分析评价。结果表明:①三角模型在城市土地可持续利用评价方面具有可行性;②无锡市市区土地可持续利用状态由2001年的相对差可持续发展为2009年的强可持续,趋势由一般可持续转变为很强可持续,说明无锡市区土地利用日趋合理。
Land sustainable use has become one of the most important issues since 1990s. Urban land system is a complex system composed by natural, social and economical components, so this article selected 21 factors that reflect these three aspects of urban land system to build the evaluation index system. Triangle Model, designed by NREI, EI and NSI, was proposed to evaluate the status and trends of urban land sustainable use of Wuxi from 2001 to 2009. The results showed that: ①it's feasible to apply the triangle model in evaluation of urban land sustainable use.②From 2001 to 2009, in urban area of Wuxi, status of land sustainable use shifted from weak sustainability to strong sustainability, and trends from common sustainability to very strong sustainability, which reveal that land use in urban area of Wuxi is becoming more rational.
