摘要
目的观察半导体激光穴位照射在治疗青少年近视等屈光不正中的疗效。方法选取51例5-23岁近视青少年,计99只患眼,采用波长为650nm的半导体激光脉冲模式进行穴位照射治疗,6个疗程结束时查裸眼视力和矫正视力,半年后随访复查裸眼视力和矫正视力,进行疗效分析并统计结果。结果半导体激光穴位照射在青少年近视等屈光不正的治疗上可以取得满意的疗效。年龄小,治愈率高;病程短,治愈率高;只要坚持良好的用眼卫生习惯,半导体激光治疗的远期效果是可喜的。结论半导体激光穴位照射是治疗青少年近视等屈光不正的良好方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of adolescent myopia with semiconductor laser radiation on acupoints.Methods 51 cases of adolescent myopia,99 ill eyes in all,were treated by pulse mode semiconductor laser radiation on acupoints.The naked and corrected vision were measured after 6 courses of treatment and half a year later,followed by analysis and statistics.Results The therapeutic effect of adolescent myopia with semiconductor laser radiation on acupoints was good.The result was showed that the cure rate was higher in the younger age and shorter course of disease.The long-term therapeutic effect was satisfied if ocular health habit was correct.Conclusion Semiconductor laser radiation on acupoints is valuable in the treatment of adolescent myopia.
