农用地集约利用变化过程研究——以陕西省扶风县为例

Dynamic Research on Agricultural Land Intensive Use in Fufeng County of Shaanxi Province

科学量化评价农用地集约利用变化过程,对于农业可持续发展有着重要的意义。为此,采用资料综合分析与理论分析相结合的方法,对农用地集约利用变化过程进行了研究。以陕西省扶风县1997-2006年土地利用状况为依据,结合扶风县的自然、社会、经济条件,从投入强度、利用程度、产出效率和持续状况4个层次上构建了农用地集约利用评价的指标体系,采用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,多因素综合指数法计算历年农用地的集约度分值。研究结果表明,扶风县农用地集约利用水平在1997-2006年呈现递增趋势,但农用地利用持续状况令人堪忧。评价结果基本符合当地实际,具有较强的现实指导意义。

It is very important to evaluate the level of intensive agricultural land for regional sustainable development.This paper presents study on agricultural land intensive use with methods of documentation and theoretical analysis.Based on the land use situations of Fufeng County of Shaanxi Province from 1997 to 2006,the index system of agricultural land intensive use was constructed from 4 levels such as input intensity,utilization degree,output effect and continually utilization.Weight of different factors affecting agricultural land intensive use was defined based on the Delphi.Then the intensity score was calculated according to the synthetic index method of factors.The results showed that the intensive level of agricultural land use had been increasing from 1997 to 2006.However,the continued agricultural land use situation is worrying.In general,the evaluation of results was in line with local situation,which was practical and feasible.
