不同温度下聚吡咯湿敏性能的研究

摘要 以吡咯为单体,FeCl3.6H2O为氧化剂,在不同的反应温度下采用化学法合成了聚吡咯样品,并通过红外、XRD及SEM等手段对材料的结构和形貌进行了表征。对材料湿敏性能的研究结果表明,高温条件下合成的样品表现出较好的湿度敏感性,其机理与体系中H+及H3O+的传输速度有关。 Polypyrrole samples were synthesized at different polymerization temperatures by chemical method. Their structure and morphology were characterized by XRD, IR and SEM. The study of humidity sensing properties demonstrates that the sample with higher polymerization temperature has better humidity sensing property. A possible mechanism was provided to explain why the sample with higher polymerization temperature displayed better humidity sensing property.
