正交试验法优化ZnSe微米空心球合成工艺

Optimization of the Synthetic Technology of ZnSe Hollow Microspheres

摘要 以离子液体溴代1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐([Bmim]Br)和水为溶剂,采用复合溶剂热法制备出粒径均匀、分散性良好的ZnSe微米空心球。采用正交试验,以[Bmim]Br的用量、反应物配比、pH值和反应温度为影响因素,分别选取3个水平,对合成工艺进行优化,并研究各因素对产物形貌的影响。 Uniform ZnSe hollow microspheres with good dispersibility were successfully synthesized by eomplex-solvothermal method. Orthogonal designs were used to optimize the synthetic technology, including content of the ionic liquid, ratio of the reactants, pH value and reaction temperature, and the influencing factors were studied.
