摘要
目的:总结应用善邦通鼻咽冲洗剂对鼻咽癌患者放射治疗副反应的防治作用。方法:将201例鼻咽癌的患者随机分成观察组(101例)应用善邦通鼻咽冲洗剂进行并鼻咽冲洗,对照组(100例)用温盐水进行鼻咽冲洗。观察比较两组患者放疗过程中的副反应发生的情况。结果:观察组患者在放疗期间鼻咽黏膜、鼻腔、口腔的副反应明显轻于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:鼻咽癌患者在放疗期间应用善邦通鼻咽冲洗剂进行鼻咽冲洗,与温盐水冲洗相比,能更有效地防治放疗引起的副反应,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of Shanbang nasal lotions on radiotherapeutic side reaction in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）patients.Methods 201 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer were randomly divided into observation group（101 cases）and control group（100 cases）.The observation group patients were treated with Shanbang nasal lotions and the control group were treated with warm salt water.The mucosal side reactions of the two groups during the radiotherapy period were abserved and recorded daily.Results The side reactions of the observation group were significantly reduced by Shanbang nasal lotions compared with warm salt water（P 0.01）.Conclusion Treatment by washing nasopharynx with Shanbang nasal lotions prevented and cured the side effects of NPC patients effectively.
