骨桥蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)在宫颈癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化法和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测32例宫颈癌组织中的OPN表达情况,并与15例正常宫颈组织对照(对照组)。结果宫颈癌组OPN阳性细胞数为(25.2±6.3)个,明显多于对照组的(1.1±0.2)个,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OPN含量宫颈癌组为(1 653±337)pg/m l,高于对照组的(158±43)pg/m l,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OPN含量与肿瘤大小、病理分期无关(P>0.05);与局部浸润深度,有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 OPN在宫颈癌的发病中有重要作用,与宫颈癌的转移和浸润有关。
