国产牛心包瓣膜临床应用153例总结

摘要 目的观察国产牛心包瓣膜用于心脏瓣膜置换术的临床效果。方法 153例心脏瓣膜病患者均应用牛心包瓣膜施行心脏瓣膜置换术,其中二尖瓣置换术101例,主动脉瓣置换术32例,三尖瓣置换术2例,双瓣膜置换术18例,共植入瓣膜171枚。结果围术期死亡3例(1.9%),住院期间发生感染性心内膜炎1例,好转出院150例。随访2~67个月,平均30个月,人工瓣膜关闭不全3例,出院后发生感染性心内膜炎并瓣周漏1例,左房血栓形成9例,抗凝出血1例。心功能恢复至Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级者146例。结论国产牛心包瓣膜施行心脏瓣膜置换术有较好的近期效果,对术前已有左房血栓形成或脑梗死、巨大左心房、心房颤动患者应适当延长抗凝时间或长期小剂量抗凝治疗。
