Hydrothermal Synthesis of Y_2O_3:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+) Up-Conversion Material and Luminescent Properties

摘要 以Y2O3,Yb2O3和Er2O3为原料,利用水热法制备Y2O3,Yb3+,Er3+纳米上转换材料.通过X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜对材料的晶型、成分、粒径及表面形貌进行分析.实验结果表明:所得粉体的晶型为立方晶系,晶粒为圆球形,平均粒径为20 nm.在波长为980 nm半导体激光器激发下产生绿色和红色的上转换荧光;改变Yb3+,Er3+的掺杂比例,激发产生的绿光和红光的荧光强度随Yb3+,Er3+掺杂比例的改变而发生变化. Infrared-to-visible up-conversion nanoparticles Y^2O^3 : Yb3+ , Er3+ were synthesized by hydrothermal method utilizing reagents of Y203, Yb203 and Er203. The synthesized crystal structure and components were analyzed using X-ray diffraction apparatus. The results show that the nanoerystal belongs to cubic system. The nanocrystals are spherical particles with an average dialneter of 20 nm, with the help of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) technology. The up-conversion fluorescence with green and red colors is obtained under 980 nm laser excitation and the intensity of luminescence would be changed with the doping ratio of Yb and Er elements.
