摘要
针对葛洲坝二江电站小机组改造设计后的排沙底孔工作门,在吊耳高度加高1m,废弃原有抓梁定位方式,利用门机自动抓梁的前后导向装置、侧导轮及吊耳板定位的条件下,按照《水利水电工程钢闸门设计规范》,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS进行了三维线弹性有限元分析,从强度和刚度方面进行了评价,为该工作门的改造设计提供了重要的参考依据.
Three-dimensional linear elastic analysis of the sediment bottom sluice gate model in the Erjiang power plant of Gezhouba project is made with ANSYS software. The analysis is under the conditions of increasing 1 meter height of the gate's lug and replacing the locator means of automatic grasp-beam by front-back guide devices,side wheels and lifting lugs, according to the water conservancy and hydropower project design specifications of steel gate. The design rationality is evaluated from the aspects of intensity and stiffness, so as to provide important reference to the reformed design of the sediment bottom sluice gate.
