试论高等教育服务及其服务质量

On the Higher Educational Service and its Quality

在评述"学生说"、"增量说"、"服务说"的基础上,提出高等教育产品即高等教育活动所提供的高等教育服务,指出它具有无形性、不可分性、不可存储性和差异性,强调提高高等教育的服务质量是形成优质教育服务的核心。

This paper,on the basis of ＇student-oriented argument＇,＇added value argument＇ and ＇service-based argument＇ centering on higher educational service,indicated that the product of higher education was the higher educational service provided by the higher education.This service possessed the feature of intangibility,inseparability,unstorability and diversification,and it stressed the core status of improving the quality of higher education in the formation of quality educational service.
