摘要
冷板冷藏车在运输过程中,车内货物温度场是影响其运输质量的关键因素之一。本文通过对运输过程中,货物传热过程的分析,建立了车厢内复杂耦合传热的k-ε数学模型;采用数值模拟的方法,计算了四种不同堆码方式货物动态温度场,指出采用货物中间留有一定间隙的堆码方式,能有效改善冷藏货物的运输质量。
During transit of the hold-over plate refrigerated vehicles,the temperature field of cargoes is one of the key factors affecting its transportation quality.Based on analysis of the goods in heat transfer during transporting period,we established a mathematical k-ε model of the complex conjugate heat transfer inside.Using umerical simulation method,we calculated the stacking of four different dynamic temperature field of goods means and pointed out that the stacking method of leaving some gap between the goods can effectively improve the quality of refrigerated cargo transport.
