人本管理在高校图书馆读者服务中的应用

人本管理是现代图书馆创新服务建设的基石。本文在分析高校图书馆开架借阅服务过程中出现的问题,提出了通过完善政策制度、加强馆员队伍建设、鼓励读者参与管理,依靠读者办馆,举办演讲赛、报告会等措施对读者进行人本管理。

This paper expounds the open-shelf reading in the university library service process,and puts forward the problems of readers humanistic management measures.We must perfecti policy system,strengthen the librarian team construction,encourage the reader participation in management,and rely on readers doing seminar and helding speech competition,etc.
