中式英语是中国的英语学习和使用者由于受母语干扰和影响,硬套汉语规则和习惯,在英语交际中出现的不合规范英语和英语文化习惯的畸形英语,它存在于词汇、句法、篇章、文化及修辞等方面。主要从大学英语翻译和写作两个环节阐述了中式英语的表现形式,并简要提出一些了纠正中式英语的对策。

Chinglish is a kind of misshapen English with Chinese characteristics which does not conform to Standard English expressions or English culture as well as custom.It appears when Chinese learners and users of English interfered or influenced by their mother tongue impose the Chinese grammatical rules and idiomatic expressions into their English expressions during the communication,such as in lexical,syntactical,textual,cultural and rhetorical aspects.This paper has focused on the Chinglish in College English translation and writing,and proposed some countermeasures.
