刘志明教授辨治小儿病毒性肺炎经验撷菁

Experience of Professor LIU Zhi-ming in Treating Infantile Viral Pneumonia

刘志明教授是我国著名中医临床学家,早年以治热病闻名。1955年参与组建卫生部中医研究院,负责传染病组的创建。1957年北京地区流行小儿病毒性肺炎,刘老与首都儿科研究所协作,进行临床研究。经过数百例的临床观察,提出小儿病毒性肺炎分3型,即表证型、表里俱实型、热胜伤阴型。根据该病来势急、传变快的特点,刘老提出治疗不必拘泥于卫气营血的顺序,在发病初期即应发汗透表、清营解毒并举。并进一步探讨了卫气营血理论、治未病理论、阴阳交理论在治疗小儿病毒性肺炎中的运用。

Professor LIU Zhi-ming is a famous TCM clinical expert in China.He took charge in creating infectious disease research when Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine was found in 1955.In 1957,when infantile viral pneumonia was prevalent in Beijing,LIU Zhi-ming started to researching it with Capital pediatric research institute.By means of hundreds of Clinical research.He pointed out that infantile viral pneumonia can be divided three type.There are syndrome on the exterior,both exterior and interior sufficient and hot surplus yin insufficient.According to this disease whose character is ergent and variable,professor LIU Zhi-ming advanced that the treatment of this disease should not be confined by the order of Wei Qi Ying Xue,at the early stage of this disease,we should cure it by sweating and detoxcation beside,he explored the application of Wei Qi Ying Xue,treatment of sub-ill and Yin Yang Jiao in treating infantile viral pneumonia.
