经方考证剂量黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变血清C肽、血液流变学临床观察

Observation of Blood Serum C-peptide & Hemorheology's Changes Due to Different Doses of Classical Prescription and Experimented Prescription of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction for Treating DPN

目的:通过对黄芪桂枝五物汤不同药物剂量观察血清C肽、血液流变学在治疗糖尿病周围神经病变时的变化。方法:将64例随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34例,对照组药物剂量按1两视为3g计算,每日1剂,连用8周;治疗组药物剂量按1两等于15g,每日1剂,连用8周。结果:治疗组C肽升高、血液流变学明显改善,与对照组比较,具有统计学意义。结论:经方考证剂量可升高餐后2h血清C肽及改善血液流变学提高治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。

Objective：Observe the changes of blood serum C-peptide and hemorheology in treating DNP by different doses of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.Method：Devide 64 randomly-chosen patients into 2 groups：normal group and compared group or experiment group（34 for each）,for compared group：1 liang for 1 dose,1 liang equals 3 grams,everyday 1 dose,use it consecutively for 8 weeks;for the normal group：1 liang for 1 dose,1 liang equals 15 grams,everyday 1 dose,use it consecutively for 8 weeks.Result：The amount of C-peptides increases obviously,hemorheology improves obviously,compared with the Experiment group,it has significance of statistics.Conclusion：The dose according to classical prescription for normal group can increase the amount of C-peptides and improves hemorheology,in this way,we can improve the clinical efficiency of curing DPN.
