中医拔尖人才的培养途径主要包括:(1)重经典强根基;(2)多临床求实效;(3)入基层修全科;(4)跟名师走捷径。上述四条途径尤以跟名师为重要,是学习者早开悟、速成才的最便捷途径。其他如经典学习、大量临床以及修习全科也都是在老师的指导下才能取得最快最大成效。

Training ways of TCM top-notch talents include such aspects as attaching importance to classic of TCM,seeking clinical effects,generally practising,following famous doctors and teachers.In the above-mentioned four ways,the latter is the most important one,which is the short-cut to grow up quickly.And the other three works need to base on the guidance of teachers.
