赵刻本《仲景全书·伤寒类证》研究

明·赵开美校刻的《仲景全书》中所收录之《伤寒类证》是金大定3年(公元1163年)金人宋云公于常山医流张道人处密受《通玄类证》,据此书撰写而成。《伤寒类证》一书格式新颖,别出新裁,在六经辨证的基础之上,以表格的形式列述了伤寒诸证的证治,按症状分类,将《伤寒论》原文397法重新归为50门,共计484法。表格中前有主证,后列方药,举一纲而万目张,标一言而众理显,使难见之文,明于掌上,为后世医家临床应用伤寒六经辨证施治提供便捷之法,同时亦为后世《伤寒论》的研究开拓出一种新方法,颇具研究价值。

Syndrome Classification of Febrile Diseases was written by SONG Yun-gong in 1163,which was collected in Zhong Jing Quan Shu by ZHAO Kai-mei in Ming dynasty.In this book syndrome of Febrile Diseases were addressed with the form of sheets based on six-meridians syndrome differentiation.The original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases was reclassified in 50 chapters,484 paragraphs.Main syndrome was put in the front of the sheet,and the prescription and medicines were put in the behind.The form provides a short-cut to treat Febrile Diseases with six-meridians syndrome differentiation,and made a new way to study Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
