摘要
随着社会变革和大学内在逻辑发展,欧洲大学自治制度发生了深刻变化,在组织自治、财政自治和学术自治方面都呈现出新的特点。借鉴欧洲经验,我国现代大学制度建设应不断增强大学组织自治、财政自治和学术自治,为我国"后金融危机时期"高等教育内涵建设和质量提升注入新的活力。
Along with social transformation and development of the internal logic of the university,university autonomy has been changing deeply in Europe.The new development trends have been emerging in aspects of university organizational autonomy,financial autonomy and academic autonomy.From European experiences,modern university system building needs to improve increasingly organizational,financial and academic autonomy of university.
