学术文化生态的构建探析——基于学术“腐败门”的文化困境

Cultural Ecology of Academic Research:Cultural Dilemma of Academic Corruption

文章从常规监管缺位、制度执行不力、学术风气败坏等方面分析了当前学术腐败的文化困境。提出要改变当前学术腐败局面,需从学术文化层面着手,构建一种以德性文化和制度文化为内核的学术文化,建构这种学术文化需要完善相关法律,加大对学术腐败的惩处力度;要建设稳定、公平、公正的学术秩序;要大力弘扬学术自主的精神。

This paper analyzes the cultural predicament of academic corruption in the aspects of the absence of regular monitoring,poor implementation of system,corruption of the academic atmosphere and so on.We propose that in the purpose of changing the current situation of academic corruption,it is necessary to build an academic culture of which the cores are moral culture and institutional culture at the level of academic culture.And in order to build the academic culture,we need to improve the related laws,increase the punishment for academic corruption,construct a stable,fair and equitable academic order,promote the spirit of academic autonomy vigorously.
