基于自相关法的双色激光散斑测量表面粗糙度研究

摘要 建立双色激光散斑测量系统,采用自相关法对激光散斑图像进行处理,计算了自相关长度,建立起表面粗糙度参量与自相关宽度之间的对应关系。根据这个关系测量表面粗糙度,分析测量误差。结果表明,可以用自相关宽度来评价表面粗糙度,进而利用此关系来测量表面粗糙度。本方法可以用来对表面粗糙度进行非接触测量。 By seting up a dichromatic speckle system,applying autocorrelation method to process laser speckle patterns and calculating the correlation length,the relation between surface roughness and correlation length of autocorrelation function was obtained.Then surface roughness was evaluated based on this relation and measure error was analyzed.The results show that the autocorrelation length can be used to evaluate and measure surface roughness.The method can be used to measure surface roughness without touching.
