摘要
对低压铸造铝合金车轮模具温度场进行了现场测试,分析了不同模具的温度分布与变化规律对铝车轮轮辋结晶凝固时间与冷却速度的影响。获得的冷却速度与轮辋伸长率对应关系的相关数据与分析结果,为低压铸造模具冷却系统的设计提供了有价值的依据。
A series of temperature measurements were conducted for low pressure die casting (LPDC) of aluminum wheel. The temperature distribution and changing pattern in the die castings were obtained. Several factors which affect cooling rate and solidification time of rim were analyzed, and their effects on the temperature distribution were tested and verified. The results show that the cooling rate and elongation of the rim are significant for LPDC die design and cooling system design.
