动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折术后并发症分析 被引量:1

摘要 股骨粗隆间骨折是中、老年人常见的骨折部位,由于患者病情的多样性和治疗过程中存在的诸多不确定性因素,特别对于不稳定骨折、严重骨质疏松患者,再加上骨折复位不良等会增加手术并发症的发生率。我们对2008年1月—2009年12月应用动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折54例患者中,出现并发症的8例患者进行分析,探讨内固定选择及应用导致并发症的原因。
