摘要 用元胞自动机模型仿真组织内的隐性知识传递过程.首先构建隐性知识传递网络,然后通过改进元胞邻居空间的结构来仿真组织结构中的隐性知识传递过程,并通过有关数据的收集处理来揭示组织中隐性知识传递的规律和特征. The paper solved the simulating about tacit knowledge transfer by using the cellular antomata model.The neighbor space was changed to simulate the tacit knowledge transfer within the organizatianal structure.Through the collection of the relevant data,the transfer laws and characteristics on the tacit knowledge can be revealed.
