用单克隆抗体对泡球蚴角皮层起源的免疫组化研究(英文)

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL STUDY OF THE ORIGIN OF THE LAMINATED LAYER OF ECHINOCOCCUS MULTILOCULARIS LARVA WITH MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES

棘球蚴和泡球蚴包囊角皮层的发生源一直是有争议的。虽然大多数的观点倾向于包囊生发层产生学说，但是到目前仍然缺乏结论性的证据。在本实验中，我们首次通过使用特异性抗泡球蚴包囊角皮层单克隆抗体，对泡球蚴包囊组织进行了免疫组织化学研究。研究结果表明，泡球蚴包囊角皮层极有可能是由包囊生发层产生而来的。

There exists controversy on the origin of the laminated layer of echinococcus and alveococcus cysts for a long time. Most viewpoints are in favor of the hypothesis that laminated layer of the cysts is produced by germinal layer, but lacking any conclusive proof.In the experiment, we studied the alveococcus cysts immunohistochemically with the monoclonal antibodies specific to the laminated layer. The results showed that the laminated layer is produced by germinal layer.
