复方苦参注射液减轻妇科肿瘤盆腔放射性损伤的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察复方苦参注射液减轻盆腔组织放射性损伤的生物活性,并为其抗放射性损伤提供临床依据。方法 78例确诊的妇科肿瘤患者分为治疗组(n=43)和对照组(n=35),均行单纯盆腔野根治性放疗,治疗组加复方苦参注射液静滴。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)动态检测所有患者在放疗过程中及放疗后随诊期间血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、Ⅲ型胶原(ColⅢ)的含量变化。结果 (1)患者治疗前血清TGF-β1、ColⅢ含量分别为(9.08±7.31)ng/ml、(14.82±5.29)ng/ml,均高于正常对照组;(2)治疗组发生2级放射性损伤的比例为11.6%(5/43),明显少于对照组的34.3%(12/35),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)在放疗过程中,血清TGF-β1的水平差异不大,治疗组略低于对照组;在放疗结束后1、3、6个月,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)从放疗中期到放疗后6个月,治疗组血清ColⅢ水平均显著低于对照组。结论复方苦参注射液能降低血清TGF-β1和ColⅢ的含量,减轻盆腔组织放射性损伤的发生。 Objective To observe the intervention of composite radix sophora flavescentis injection blocking radiation injury in pelvic radiotherapy patients and providing clinical basis for anti-radiation injury.Methods Seventy-eight cases of gynecologic neoplasms patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=43) and control group(n=35) who were carried out purely pelvic radiotherapy.The treatment group was treated with intravenous infusion of composite radix sophora flavescentis injection.During radiotherapy and after radiotherapy,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to test serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and collagen Ⅲ(Col Ⅲ) content of all those patients.Results(1) Before radiation,the serum TGF-β1in treatment group was(9.08±7.31)ng/ml and the serum Col Ⅲ was(14.82±5.29)ng/ml.Both of the serum TGF-β1 and Col Ⅲ were higher in treatment group than those in control group.(2) In treatment group grade Ⅱ radiation injury rate was 11.6%(5/43)less than 34.3%(12/35)in control group with statistic significance.(3) During radiation process,the serum TGF-β1 level between the two group did not show much differences.But it was significant lower in treatment group than in control group after radiotherapy(P0.05);(4) The serum COl Ⅲ was significantly lower in treatment group than in control group from mid-term of radiotherapy to half of a year after radiotherapy.Conclusion Composite radix sophora flavescentis injection can reduce the levels of serum TGF-β1 and ColⅢ levels,and prevent radiation injury in pelvic radiotherapy patients.
