摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤并发血栓性疾病的危险因素、临床表现、诊断和治疗的特点。方法收集我院的61例恶性肿瘤并发血栓栓塞患者为病例组,并收集同期不伴有血栓栓塞的49例恶性肿瘤患者为对照组,回顾性分析恶性肿瘤并发血栓栓塞的危险因素、临床表现、诊断和治疗的特点。结果病例组61例患者中,下肢深静脉血栓形成者44例,上肢深静脉血栓4例,肺栓塞者8例,脑栓塞者5例。33例治愈,15例好转,总有效率为78.7%,>50%患者在积极治疗后3天内起效。31例患者在肿瘤确诊2个月内并发血栓性疾病。结论恶性肿瘤合并感染、接受手术和地塞米松的应用时易并发血栓形成。
Objective To analyze the risk factors,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and therapeutics of thromboembolism in cancer patients.Methods Sixty-one cases of malignancy disease with thromboembolism were enrolled as the study group,and 49 cancer patients without thrombotic disease as the control group.The risk factors,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and therapeutics of thromboembolism in cancer patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 44 cases with deep venous thrombosis of lower limb,8 with pulmonary embolism and 5 with cerebral infarction in the study group.Thirty-three cases were cured and 15 improved with the efficacy of 78.7 percent.More than half of the patients responded in the first 3 days.Thirty-one cases happened thrombotic disease in the first two months of cancer diagnosis.Conclusion Complication of infection,concomitant surgery,and the use of dexamethasone are risk factors of thromboembolism.
