老年和老年前期多发性骨髓瘤(附96例报告)

Multiple myeloma in presenile and the elderly patients(report of 96 cases)

目的 探讨老年和老年前期多发性骨髓瘤治疗的特殊性。方法 以 ５０～７５ 岁多发性骨髓瘤患者为研究对象（男 ７３例，女 ２３ 例），观察其临床表现、并发症、 Ｘ 线所见、血象、骨髓象及免疫学检查的变化。结果 治疗有效率为 ７５０％ ，３ 年生存率为３０２％ 。最长者 ３ 例已达 １３ 年。结论 老年和老年前期多发性骨髓瘤有其特殊性，制定恰当的个体化治疗方案与预后密切相关。

Objective Probe into the therapeutic particularities of the multiple myeloma in older adult and the elderly.Methods The patients of 50～75 years of age were chosen for the study and the changes in their complication, X ray, blood picture, marrow picture and immunity condition were observed.Results Effective rate of treatment was 75.0% and the patients surrcued over 3 years were 30.2%.Conclusions The specialities of the therapeutic plan for senile multiple myeoma is closely related to it's prognosis
