尖锐湿疣患者中趋化因子受体CXCR1、CXCR4及其配体的水平

摘要 目的:测定趋化因子受体CXCR1与CXCR4及其配体在尖锐湿疣(CA)患者中的水平。方法:病程大于3个月的CA患者30例,实时定量PCR法检测外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)及皮损中CXCR1与CXCR4mRNA表达水平,流式细胞仪分析外周血白细胞CXCR1与CXCR4的表达情况,ELISA检测血清IL-8与SDF-1α的水平;设30例健康人为正常对照。结果:CX-CR4 mRNA与SDF-1α在CA患者中的水平显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:CXCR4与SDF-1α可能参与了CA的发病机制。 Objective:To determine the levels of chemokine receptors CXCR1,CXCR4 and IL-8,SDF-1α in codyloma acuminatum(CA) patients.Methods: Real-time quantitative PCR technique was applied to quantitatively analyze CXCR1 and CXCR4 mRNA expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) and lesions,two-colour flow cytometry was used to detect CXCR1 expression cells in blood leucocytes,serum levels of IL-8 and SDF-1α were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 30 cases of diagnosed CA patients( 3 months of the course of disease) and 30 healthy controls.Results:The CXCR4 and SDF-1α levels in CA patients were significantly higher than that of the normal controls(P0.01).Conclusion:The increased CXCR4 and SDF-1α may be involved in the pathogenesis of CA.
