摘要
目的:探讨脉冲电磁场对去势大鼠腰椎细胞因子白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子含量和骨密度的影响。方法:选用健康Wistar雌性大白鼠共18只,随机分为A组(双侧卵巢切除组),B组(双侧卵巢切除+脉冲电磁场治疗组),C组(伪去势组),每组6只。B组于手术后3 d置脉冲电磁场治疗,3个月后处死所有大鼠,取腰椎和双侧股骨,腰椎匀浆后取上清液,采用放免法测定TNF-α和IL-6含量,双侧股骨和第4腰椎进行骨密度测定。结果:A组大鼠腰椎TNF-α含量显著高于B、C组(P<0.01)。A组IL-6含量与B、C组比较显著增高(P<0.01)。A组股骨、腰椎骨密度值与B、C组比较显著降低。结论:脉冲电磁场能明显降低去势大鼠腰椎骨内细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6含量,提高去势大鼠股骨和腰椎的骨密度值。
Objective:To study the effect of pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMFs) on the changes of IL-6,TNF-α in lumber vertebrae and bone mineral density in ovariectomied rats.Methods: Eighteen healthy female Wistar rats were divided into group A(OVX group),group B(OVX group + PEMFs) and group C(SHAM group).Group B was exposed with PEMFs for 3 months(60 min / time,qd) and the frequency was 50 Hz.The rats were fed for three months and lumbar vertebrae and femurs were harvested.The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were determined by radioimmunoassay and bone mineral density was measured by dual-energy X ray absorptiometry.Results:The level of TNF-α and IL-6 in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C(P0.01).The bone mineral density in group A was obviously lower than that in group B and C.Conclusion:PEMFs could reduce the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in lumbar vertebrae and increase bone mineral density of femur and lmbar vertebrae in ovariectomized rats.
