摘要
目的 研究补肾益精药物对老龄小鼠肝细胞核活性基因、血清核糖核酸酶及血 S O D 活性的影响,初步探讨补肾益精药物延缓衰老的分子机理。方法 用紫外分光光度法和电泳法检测活性基因,用紫外发光光度法检测 R N A ase 活性,用化学发光法检测 S O D活性。结果 青龄小鼠肝细胞核对活性基因探针 D N A aseⅠ的消化敏感性、血 S O D 活性显著高于老龄对照组,血清 R N A ase 活性较老龄对照组显著降低;服用了补肾益精药物的老龄小鼠其肝细胞核对 D N A aseⅠ消化敏感性和血 S O D 活性较老龄对照组均显著升高,血清 R N A ase 活性较老龄小鼠显著降低。结论 补肾益精药物益肾宝及左归饮使老龄小鼠肝细胞核中的活性基因数及血 S O D 活性升高,血清 R N A ase 活性降低,这可能是补肾益精药物延缓衰老的分子机理之一。

The results showed that treatment effect of early using nimodipine in reperfusion was better than that of the late, treatment effect of using nimodipine by local therapy was better than that of general therapy.
