语法、语用意识及能力与学习动机的关系研究

The Relationship between Learning Motivation and Grammatical and Pragmatic Awareness/Competence

摘要 运用调查问卷法调查了220名英语专业本科学生的语法、语用意识/能力及学习动机的现状,并探讨了语法、语用意识/能力与学习动机的关系。结果显示英语专业学生语法意识和语法能力、语用意识及语用能力水平不高,但四者间有显著的相关关系;语法意识显著低于语用意识;语法能力显著低于语用能力。结果还表明所有动机类型中个人发展动机最强;兴趣动机与语法意识、语用能力显著相关;成绩动机与语用意识显著负相关。 The current research attempts to investigate Chinese English majors' grammatical and pragmatic awareness/competence and motivation and explore their relationship.220 EFL English majors were surveyed.Results show that Chinese English majors' grammatical and pragmatic awareness and competence are low but significantly correlated with each other;their grammatical awareness is significantly lower than their pragmatic awareness and their grammatical competence is significantly lower than their pragmatic competence.It is also found that individual development motivation is of the strongest motivation type;intrinsic motivation is significantly correlated with both grammatical awareness and pragmatic competence;there is a significant negative correlation between immediate achievement motivation and pragmatic awareness.
