影像学检查在胆胰肠结合部病变中的应用

胆胰肠结合部因其功能重要、结构复杂、病变多样而成为临床诊治的难点。随着现代医学影像技术的进步和诊断准确率的提高,超声、CT、PET/CT、MRI及磁共振胆胰管造影、内镜逆行胆胰管造影及内镜下活检病变组织、超声内镜及内镜下的细针穿刺细胞学检查、胆道镜和胰管镜及数字减影血管造影等影像学检查方法的广泛应用,提高了早期诊断胆胰肠结合部病变的检出率和准确率,为外科手术治疗和手术方式的选择提供了可靠的依据。本文就各种影像学检查在胆胰肠结合部病变中的价值作一综述。

Following the development of modern medical imaging technology and the improvement of correct rate of diagnosis. Many imaging methods, such as abdominal ultrasound, CT, PET/CT, MRI, MRCP, ERCP,endoscopic biopsy of lesions, endoscopic uhrasonography, EUS - FNA, choledochoscopy, pancreatoscopy and DSA are widely spread and commonly applied, which improve the detection rate and correct rate in diagnosing lesions in the choledocho - pancreato- duodenal- junction earlier, they also supply important evidence for operation and operative method choice. This article summarized the value of various imaging methods in diagnosing the lesions of the choledocho - pancreato - duodenal - junction.
