Detection of multidrug-resistant microbial pathogens by cutting-edge laboratory techniques

摘要 以核酸体外放大为基础,直接检测与微生物耐药有关基因及突变的实验室技术近年来快速崛起。快速、准确的分子生物学检测方法将在全球的多重耐药微生物防控中起决定性作用。笔者对多重PCR技术结合溶解曲线分析、反向线性杂交技术、基因芯片技术、飞行时间质谱技术及现场即时分子检测技术及其在微生物耐药检测中的应用进行综述。 A dramatic upsurge in the use of nucleic acid amplification-based assays for the direct detection of microbial genes and gene mutations related to antibiotic resistance has been noticed. Rapid and accurate molecular detection tools will play a critical role in controlling the spread of muhidrug-resistant pathogens worldwide in the future. In this review, the authors briefly introduce several cutting-edge techniques such as multiplex real-time PCR with melting curve analysis, reverse line probe assay, suspension mieroarrays, time-of-flight mass spectrometry and point-of-care molecular assays and their current applications to antimierobial susceptibility testing.
