Changes in the Way of Speeding up Economic Development in Enhancing the Quality of Shengli Oil Field Development

胜利油田作为国有特大型石油企业,要进一步提升科学发展水平,其主要任务就是转变经济发展方式,提升经济发展质量。本文在对胜利油田内部结构性矛盾和问题进行分析的基础上,提出了要提升资源战略,提升市场战略,强化管理创新,凸显自主创新,加强民生建设,推进和谐油田建设等六大对策。

Shengli Oil Field as a large state-owned oil company,to further enhance the level of scientific development,and its main task is to transform economic development,enhance the quality of economic development.In this paper,the internal structure of the Shengli oil field analysis of the contradictions and problems,based on the proposed strategy to enhance resources to improve marketing strategies,strengthen management innovation,and highlights independent innovation,strengthening the livelihood of the people,promoting a harmonious construction of six major oil fields countermeasures.
