The development of university science and technology intermediaries is an effective way to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in universities.Based on the status of university science and technology intermediaries in China,the paper studies the development strategies of university science and technology intermediaries,and proposes that the intermediaries should provide more services,create their own features,establish independent operating system,improve incentive mechanism,strengthen the development of qualified personnel,integrate service resources,and establish intermediary service network.
