摘要
用碳酸氢铵和氨水混合溶液作为复合沉淀剂制备氧化铝粉体.采用热重分析(DSC-TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)对粉体制备过程中的相变进行了研究.结果表明:采用共沉淀法制备工艺,经过1100℃煅烧4h,可以得到纯相的氧化铝粉体.
Alumina power is prepared by co-precipitation method using mixture of ammoniumhydrogen carbonate and ammonium water as complex precipitator. DSC-TG and XRD are used to characterize the phase changes of the power with calcining temperature. The results show that the alumina powder calcined at 1150℃ for 4h has single phase alumina power.
