自体颗粒脂肪移植面部轮廓整形

Autologous fat granulars transplantation in facial contouring plasty

目的:探讨将自体颗粒脂肪移植用于面部轮廓整形的方法和体会。方法:采用肿胀吸脂术抽吸皮下脂肪,将抽吸出的自体颗粒脂肪经过离心、提纯后超量30%均匀注射于面部标记区域,多层次多隧道注射,以改善面部轮廓。结果:269例就医者495个注射部位,脂肪移植量1～40ml。随访时间3～36个月,效果较满意。无脂肪液化、感染破溃等严重并发症发生,效果明显、持久。结论:自体颗粒脂肪注射移植是一种安全有效的面部软组织填充手术技术,可以有效改善面部轮廓,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate autologous fat granulars transplantation in facial conturing plasty.Methods Autologous fat granulars harvested by liposuction after purification was injected into recipient areas of face and neck with an amount of 30% over.Results 269 patients（486sites）have undergone this procedure.Grafted fat volume ranged from 1 to 40 ml per site.After 3 to 36 months follow-up,The results have been excellent satisfactory with no severe complications such as infection,fat necrosis and fibrosis.Conclusion Autologous fat granulars transplantation is a safe and effective means to provide more complete facial conturing plasty.
