摘要
目的:探讨及评估应用上皮下结缔组织移植术重建牙龈周围附着软组织结构的临床效果。方法:从2008年1月～2009年7月在乌鲁木齐市口腔医院牙周科及种植中心接受附着牙龈缺失、MilleⅠ、Ⅱ退缩、牙龈笑线不佳、牙龈乳头退缩导致的黑三角的患者25例,接受了上皮下结缔组织移植术游离移植(共11颗种植体区域),其中男性7例,女性18例,年龄22～54岁,平均38岁。临床追踪上皮下结缔组织移植术愈合情况。医患进行美学评价。结果:25例患者中除3例在术后再次进行冠向复位技术,其余20例均获得满意疗效,医患评价美学效果良好。15例在移植术后1年牙龈周围均增加3mm宽的附着牙龈。术后1年时移植的上皮下结缔组织收缩率为25%。结论:上皮下结缔组织瓣移植可有效地重建周围附着软组织美学外形和功能重建,移植后疗效满意。
Objective To evaluate the application of acellular dermalmatrix in gingival reconstruction around dental.Methods From January 2008 to July 2009,25 patients with inadequate keratinized gingival underwent treatment and acellular dermal matrix were also applied in the area.Among them 7 were men and 18 were women.The age ranged from 22 to 54 years old（means 38）.11 implantations placed and restored.Clinical examination was conducted.follow-up the healing conditions of the clinical.Aesthetic evaluation.Results 20 cases acquires satisfaction effects.3 cases undertake corona-replacement technical repeat gain.after1year,15 cases got the attachment gingival about 3mm.Conclusion Acellular dermalmatrix in gingival reconstruction has significant clinical benefit for aesthetics and treatment outcomes outline of the soft tissues.And acquire satisfaction effects on post-graft
