正交设计法优化光动力嫩肤的治疗方案 被引量:3

摘要 目的:优化选择光动力疗法在嫩肤中的治疗方案。方法:采用正交实验法,以5%、10%、20%的5-氨基酮戊酸药物外涂于光老化患者的上臂皮肤,封包时间分别为20min、30min、60min,然后给予80J/cm2的红光照射20min、40min、60min,观察其不良反应并选择最佳的嫩肤方案。结果:浓度为10%的5-氨基酮戊酸封包30min、照射20min的嫩肤疗效最佳,不良反应最小。结论:10%5-氨基酮戊酸封包30min、照射20min的治疗方案在嫩肤中的疗效肯定,安全性大,值得临床推广使用。 Objective Optimization of photodynamic therapy in the rejuvenation of the treatment.Methods Orthogonal experiment to 5%、10%、 20% of 5-aminolevulinic acid drugs in patients treated with the upper arm in the light of aging skin,COnclusion time was 20 min,30min,60min later,the red to the 80J/cm2 irradiation 20min,40min,60min,adverse reactions were observed and choose the best skin rejuvenation program.Results The concentration of 10% 5-aminolevulinic acid packets 30min,20min of the rejuvenation effect of exposure to the best minimal adverse reactions.Conclusion 10% 5-aminolevulinic acid packets 30min,20min irradiation in the skin rejuvenation treatment programs in the effective and safe is great,worthy of clinical use.
