医疗美容技术专业实践课程体系改革思路探讨

随着社会经济快速发展,人们对于美容行业的需求也日益增加,迫切需要大量具有综合职业能力的专业技术人才,从而提高该行业整体素质,促进其发展。而课程体系构建,尤其实践课程体系的建设是高职院校对学生职业能力培养的关键。为此,我院对高职医疗美容技术专业基于工作过程实践课程体系构建的思路进行了积极的探索,以改善专业人才培养模式,提高毕业生就业竞争力及可持续发展能力。

With the developing of the social economy rapidly,the market demanded for the beauty industry is increasing.So it needs more technical professionals with vocational comprehensive ability to enhance the overall industry quality and promote its development.Structuring of the curriculum system,especially the practice one is the key in training the professional abilities of the students in the higher vocational college.Therefore,we explore the approach about how to construct it actively,in order to ameliorate the talent cultivation pattern and improve the students＇ employment competitiveness and the sustainable development capability.
