摘要 采用膨胀型阻燃剂敌火龙(Deflam)对聚乙烯(PE)进行填充改性,制备了阻燃PE复合材料,研究Deflam添加量对PE复合材料的力学性能、热稳定性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:随阻燃剂的增加,阻燃PE复合材料的力学性能明显下降,但阻燃等级、极限氧指数均有显著提高,并且有利于提高PE材料的总体热稳定性。热重(TG)曲线显示,随着阻燃剂含量的增多,材料起始热失重温度降低,最大热失重速率温度从原来的412℃提高至523℃,而最终的残碳率明显升高。 The flame-resistant polyethylene(PE) composite material was prepared by filling modification of PE with intumescent flame-retardant Deflam.The effects of the addition amount of Deflam on the mechanical properties,thermal stability and flame retardancy of PE were investigated.The results show that with the increase of the flame retardant,the mechanical properties of PE materials obviously decrease,but flame-resistant grade and limiting oxygen index obviously increase.The TG curves show that with the increase of flame retardant content,initial thermal weight loss temperature decreases,and the maximum thermal weight loss rate increases from 412℃ to 523℃,but the content of residual carbon in the end also obviously increases.
