摘要
以聚乙烯醇和自制的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛为基料,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,聚乙二醇-400为增韧剂,水为溶剂,鱼油为分散剂,配制得到了一种新型水溶性黏合剂,并将其第一次用于双晶片陶瓷和自动纺织行业用压电陶瓷贾卡梳成型。考察了新型黏合剂替代传统有机黏合剂对双晶片和贾卡梳的结晶、收缩率、烧成密度、电性能等的影响,发现对双晶片陶瓷的结晶基本无影响,但会使其烧成密度和收缩率降低,使其电性能稍微变劣;在压电陶瓷贾卡梳成型中作同样替代,会导致容量降低,损耗变大,但动态电学性能实验说明,仍能满足提花机用压电贾卡梳的性能要求。
A new water-soluble binder was prepared with polyvinyl alcohol and self-made poly(vinyl formal) as matrixes,dibutyl phthalate as plasticizer,polyethylene glycol-400 as toughener,water as solvent and fish oil as dispersant,which was first used for the molding of di-crystal flake ceramics and piezoelectric ceramics Jiaka comb in automatic textile industry.The influence of the new binder on the crystallization,shrinkage ratio,sintering density and electrical properties of di-crystal flake ceramics and Jiaka comb was investigated replacing the traditional organic binder.It is found that there is almost no influence on the crystallization of di-crystal flake ceramic,however the sintering density and shrinkage ratio decrease,and electrical properties get slightly bad.In the molding of piezoelectric ceramics Jiaka comb,the same replacement can lead to the decrease of electric capacity and the increase of loss.The dynamic electrical property experiment shows that the performance requirement of piezoelectric Jiaka comb used in jacquard loom still can be met.
