摘要 以组合聚醚多元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)制备的预聚体,与混合扩链剂,制备了一种双组分低模量高伸长率聚氨酯伸缩缝。经过试验可知n(NCO)∶n(OH)为1.05∶1,硬段质量分数为1 4% ̄1 6%时,制备的伸缩缝材料,达到了所需聚氨酯伸缩缝的各项要求。 The prepolymer was prepared by combined polyether polyols and toluene diisocyanate(TDI).A polyurethane expansion joint with two components,low modulus and high elongation was synthesized by above prepolymer and a blend of chain extenders.It is found by the experiment that the expansion joint material can meet the various requirements of required polyurethane expansion joint when n(NCO):n(OH)=1.05:1,mass fraction of the hard segment is 14%~16%.
