季鏻盐KP550杀菌性能及对水处理药剂性能的影响 被引量:3

Bactericidal performance of quaternary phosphonium salt KP550 and its effect on the performance of water treatment agents

摘要 研究了季鏻盐杀菌剂KP550在不同pH、温度、作用时间下对异养菌的杀菌效果以及对常用水处理药剂缓蚀、阻垢性能的影响。结果表明:KP550对异养菌的杀菌率达到99.99%,且杀菌作用持续时间长;KP550对HEDP、PBTCA和T-225的CaCO3阻垢性能、磺酸盐共聚物的Ca3(PO4)2阻垢性能,以及T-225和磺酸盐共聚物对锌盐的稳定性能影响均不大。在自然pH和调节pH条件下,KP550对常用配方的缓蚀性能没有明显影响。 The bactericidal effects of quaternary phosphonium salt bactericide(KP550) on heterotrophic bacterial efficiency and the corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition performances of commonly used water treatment agents at different pH,temperature and reaction time have been studied.The results show that the bactericidal rate of heterotrophic bacteria by KP550 reaches 99.99% and the bactericidal performance could last for a long time.There are not obvious influences of KP550 on the inhibition performance of HEDP,PBTCA,T-225 on CaCO3,and sulphonate copolymer on Ca3(PO4)2,and the stabilization performance of T-225 and sulphonate copolymer on zinc salt.KP550 does not have obvious effects on the corrosion inhibition performances of the commonly used prescriptions,under natural pH and adjusted pH.
