摘要
以双氧水为氧化剂与自制的聚硅硫酸亚铁形成类Fenton试剂,研究了类Fenton氧化-絮凝耦合工艺处理染料中间体废水的影响因素和适宜工艺条件。针对工艺特点设计了成套小型试验装置,进行动态模拟试验,并对原水和各阶段出水进行了分析。结果表明,采用氧化-絮凝耦合法处理染料中间体废水可取得良好的效果,在动态模拟下用类Fenton氧化-絮凝耦合法处理经絮凝后的染料中间体废水,脱色率接近100%,COD去除率达到94.8%,浊度去除率达到94.6%。
The Fenton-like reagent has been formed by using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant with home-made polysilicon ferrous sulfate.The effects of Fenton-like oxidation-flocculation coupling process on the wastewater treatment of dye intermediate have been studied.Aiming at the technical characteristics,a set of small-scale experimental device is designed and used.Its dynamic simulated tests are carried out,and its raw water and effluent of each stage are analyzed.The results show that good efficiency can be obtained,when oxidation-flocculation coupling process is used for treating dye intermediate wastewater.After the dye intermediate wastewater is treated by Fenton-like oxidation-flocculation coupling process under dynamic simulated condition,the removal rates of its chroma,COD and turbidity reach nearly 100%,94.8% and 94.6% respectively.
