摘要 脑钠肽(BNP)是一种主要由心室细胞分泌的多肽,具有利钠、利尿、扩血管及抑制肾素——血管紧张素——醛固酮系统和交感神经系统的作用。近期研究认为脓毒症时BNP升高是多因素的,其中心肌损伤、心肌抑制及心功能不全是主要原因。BNP或可用于脓毒症诱导心功能障碍(SIMD)的早期诊断、病情监测、疗效观察和预后判断。 Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) is a major polypeptide from the ventricular cells,which has diu- retic natriuretic, and vasodilator properties and can inhibit the rennin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and sympathetic nervous system. Recently,researches have showed that the elevation of serum BNP in sepsis is multifactorial, especially in myocardial injury, myocardial depression and cardia insufficiency. BNP might be useful for early diagno sis,treatment and prognosis in sepsis -induced myocardial dysfunction(SIMD).
