摘要
目的比较XELOX方案与DF方案对老年患者晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 46例晚期胃癌老年患者随机分为XELOX组和DF组。所有病例治疗4周期以上,按WHO标准进行评价并比较两组近期疗效及毒副反应。结果 XELOX组总有效率52.2%,DF组总有效率47.8%;两组总有效率差异无统计学意义;XELOX组手足综合征的发生率显著高于DF组(P<0.05),骨髓抑制的发生率显著低于DF组(P<0.05),其他各项常见副反应均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 XELOX方案和DF方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效相当,主要毒副反应不同,均可耐受;XELOX方案可能更易为老年患者所接受。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of XELOX and DF therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Fourty six patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled into this study.They were randomly divided into XELOX therapy group and DF therapy group respectively.All patients received four cycles of chemotherapy at least.The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated according to WHO standard.Results The overall effective rate in XELOX therapy group was 52.2%,and in DF therapy group was 47.8%.There was no significant difference between two groups （P 0.05）.The incidence of hand-foot syndrome in XELOX therapy group was significantly higher than that of DF therapy group （P 0.05）.The incidence of bone marrow suppression of XELOX therapy group was significantly lower than in DF therapy group（P 0.05）.The other side effects such as thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting,had no statistical difference between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Both regimens were effective and well tolerated in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer of elderly patients,and the side effects were slight.Compared with GF regimen,XELOX regimen may be more suitable to the elderly patients.
