随着科技信息的日益增长,传统的基于数据的科研档案管理系统已不能满足信息时代的要求,在科研管理领域引入知识管理的理念,构建基于知识的高校科研档案信息化网络平台,并对高校科研档案信息化网络平台的运行进行探讨,目的完善高校科研档案信息化网络平台的功能,提高科研管理水平。

With the growing of scientific and technical information,traditional data-based scientific research archives management system cannot meet the requirements of the information age.The introduction of knowledge-based management idea in the scientific research management area has got wide acceptance.In this paper,the idea of construction of a knowledge-based scientific research archives information network platform is put forward and the operation of this platform is explored.The thesis is devoted to improve the function of knowledge-based scientific research archives information network platform and increase the scientific management level.
